Welcome to the IRIS Yachtcharter charter base in the renowned Club Nàutic Arenal (39° 30´2" N. 2° 44´9"E) right at the Playa de Palma. Our homeport offers you all the amenities of a modern marina and is the perfect starting point for a hop to Cabrera, a trip to Ibiza, Formentera or Menorca, or a circumnavigation of Mallorca.

First time sailing with IRIS?
The IRIS charter base in Club Nàutic Arenal is just over 10 minutes from the airport. Enjoy the advantages of a private club with restaurant and bar, outdoor pool and fitness facilities, several sanitary buildings and around-the-clock guarded parking, all free of charge for the entire duration of your charter. Here, SAILING comes first. Throughout the year Club Nàutic Arenal hosts large and small regattas and many other watersports activities. The best-known regatta is the Trofeo Princesa Sofía, which enjoys international renown and is held every spring in the Bay of Palma. The club is also the ideal venue for fun regattas and company events.
IRIS Yachtcharter is the exclusive sailing-yacht charter company in the club and easy to find. Our premises border the popular Es Caló beach bar. Keep to port after passing the barrier at the entrance to Club Nàutic Arenal and you head straight to our check-in.
Your yacht lies towards the harbour entrance and is easy to cast off, without passing many jetties. After the entrance barrier simply carry straight on and you reach your boat in no time. Our team looks forward to welcoming you aboard. Of course we also take care of your luggage so you can fully enjoy your first day on Mallorca! You can usually board your yacht at 17h. If you would like to set sail on your arrival day, you can also book an early check-in for 11h or 13h, subject to availability.
Leisure activities
Families and crews who arrive at the club throughout the day especially value the many ways to enjoy a fine holiday day even on arrival and departure. Numerous watersports such as surfing, kayaking or stand-up paddling are offered right in the marina. The water slides at Aqualand Arenal and the popular Palma Aquarium are also within walking distance.
Provisions
Long shopping list? You can buy your provisions at one of the well-stocked supermarkets in S'Arenal, or order online from home at Mercadona and have everything delivered straight to your boat.
Restaurant tips
Ship ready and crew complete? Round off your first day on Mallorca in one of the many fine restaurants serving Mallorcan specialities, or explore the vibrant nightlife of Playa de Palma! You will find our recommendations in your on-board folder, and we are happy to advise you in person too.
Sailing area
And then: cast off! Depending on wind and weather you can head for quiet coves or picturesque harbour towns all around Mallorca and the neighbouring islands, or simply make day trips.
